And interesting that they have changed the Agreement so now IF during an eBay dispute as a seller eBay find against you, they can now take the money for the item and postage from your PayPal account. No money in the account? EBay bill you.
I may have mentioned on these pages a dispute we had we a buyer who claimed not to have received an item - although she had left feedback before eBay kicked her off and removed all her feedback. Owing to a cockup at Royal Mail the Recorded Delivery Tracking page was not updated so PayPal suspended the payment from my account for a month until I got written proof from RM she was lying.
Can't wait to see how this gets abused, even though as a buyer I welome it.
