WalaGata- no support
      #438182 - Mon Sep 07 2009 09:27 PM

I am not sure what is going with WalaGata but there is definitely no support now. I did not get my problem resolved & four e-mails with two different addys have gone unanswered by WalaGata and I am not the only one see WebHostingStuff reviews. I don't like the look of the who.is site either. I am not sure they will renew. The last update by Tom on the site was also 11 months ago.

I don't know about anyone else on here that uses it, but I am bailing out and what a pain that is going to be

Chris I'm sorry you haven't been able to resolve your problem with Walagata as I was probably the one who gave you the original recommendation. I too bailed out when I got a new server account which wouldn't generate thumbnails correctly and I would have to change the URL manually to use the feature. Numerous e-mails were sent but no replies were forthcoming so that was the end of that.
I can recommend a great site for hosting which is free and links to a great online editing program FotoFlexer which does as much as PhotoShop. Try Tinypic

Hi ourstanley yes, you not only gave the recommendation but tipped me off when there were some free slots. That must have been five years ago give or take a few months, where have the years gone? It's certainly not your fault it has a problem now. They seem to be having a lot of problems and I have a feeling that the site might disappear on Oct 20th.

It's just the bother of it all, checking which pictures I want to keep and if they are on my hardrive, re hosting them, not to mention re posting avatars & other stuff. I will use TinyPic

I just wanted to make sure that anyone else on here, that may be using it, was aware. I have had five good years using it, all good things come to an end.

If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a terrible warning
