i run windows xp (sp3)
i cannot access excel 2003 - the 'office source engine' is missing and when i try 'setup for office' as advised in the help menu it refers me to control panel. what do i do.
Excel was loaded on PC within MS Office and the other components such as Word, Powerpoint are all ok.
any ideas please ?

If you run the Office 2003 CD, it will detect that Office is already installed and give a menu option to "Repair" the installation. Run that and see if it resolves the issue.
