When I first boot up my PC all my flash videos play perfectly well, but after a few hours all the videos run slightly choppy. By this I mean that the video will pause for a split second and then catch up. There is no problem with the audio when this happens. I have the latest Flash installed, but would appreciate if anyone could throw any light on why this happens. It's not a huge problem but more of an annoying one, especially when playing the games that are advertised in your magazine.

Someone suggested that I should turn the PC off for an hour or so. I don't know if anybody else has heard this advice and whether it would work or not.
I guess I should just try it and find out for myself. It's really annoying because I pay a subscription to MLB to watch baseball and sometimes it becomes really annoying to the point of not being able to watch it.
