Hi,
I recently went to Alton Towers and purchased a Co-Op Disposable Camera to take a few snaps. Since Ive had them developed and put on CD and imported them into Picasa i have found they are in reverse order, probably because at the processing lab they have started with the last one first and when put on CD they were given the time and date (in their properties) of processing.
Picasa allows you to change the date of the Pictures which I did and i know you can change the time in properties individually, but is there a program or some way in which i can batch edit the time putting them all in the correct order?
Thanks
Matt

As Picasa doesn’t scan a CD drive for images on a CD, we can assume you have copied the images to a folder on your hard drive.
Is it the photos showing in the folder you have copied these photos into that you want to sort or is it the photos showing in Picasa that you’re trying to sort in order?
As you have already started to rename and possibly change times of the files through Picasa, I would copy all the files again from the original CD into another newly created folder as they are and start again.
As I don’t know how the photos are actually named, I’m going to assume that the format they are presently in is acceptable, but just in reverse order as you have said.
Open the newly created folder that you have them in. Bear in mind that I don’t know what view you are seeing, but go to View in the Menu Bar. Select details. In the ‘Name’ field above first file, click the arrow next to the word ‘Name’. This reverses the order of the files in the folder. If you prefer to see the Thumbnail or Filmstrip view now, return to View, and change the option accordingly.
Picasa should have recognised and scanned the newly created folder if you have it in a place covered by the folder manger. If so, in Picasa, Right click the Folder where your Alton Towers photos are stored (either in the ‘Folder Structure’ on the left side or in the same folder in the main pane) -> Sort Folder By > Your choice (perhaps name).
I hope this way solves your problem.
