Hi "bricat" ive got "comodo firewall" but i get a lot of "pop-ups" in the "bottom right" screen when i add/remove stuff on my lappy....

i had comodo and found it slowed down the computer a lot, it also asked about the same program time and time again, i was glad to get rid of it.
once you tell a firewall to allow a program access to the net it should remember and not keep asking.

bricat ive now got "Online armor premium" on laptop & i do like it but at the top of my screen there is a slight "green line" is yours the same..

I don't have that option, my version is 3.5.0.14, slightly older than yours.

The version # doesn't make any difference, it's the Pro version that allows for the inclusion of the blocklist , not the free version. I assumed you had the Pro version which is what the original post was about.

Thank you OurStanley, believe it or not, after two years, I was still on Windows Firewall. I had tried Comodo, but as has been mentioned, it wasn't too user friendly, which was no good for my better half.

Hoping this covers my bases!

ive just downloaded it,i have comodo v3 at the moment.how easy is comodo to remove.
