I have just been advised that when an order tries to get completed they are getting an error message.
An error occurred during a connection to [Commercial URL removed]
SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)
When I try and create an order it says the website may be down?/ I can view the site but cannot place an order.. can anyone help me as I am not any good really at coding I have a basic knowledge of how to access my files but that is it??
would appreciate this
