I'm using Vista Home Premium on a 64bit OS. I can't use loads of websites (including BBC iplayer) that require Adobe Flash Player 10. I follow the upgrade instructions (no error messages, says it's installed) but I still can't see content. I get an associated error message when trying to download stuff from BBC iplayer (you are also required to install Adobe AIR) - 'something went wrong trying to install this application. Please install the latest version of Adobe AIR from www.adobe.com/go/getair and then try again'. I've tried uninstalling ALL my Adobe programs, cleaning the registry and then reinstalling, which works until the following day then I get all the same problems. I've tried the fix from the Adobe website which involves uninstalling Flash Player, downloading and running 2 files called SubInACL and reset_fp10 and STILL no joy. What on earth do I try next??!!
