Hello,
I created my own homepage and just kept developing it and have now opened it to the public. Free of course.
The idea is that when you start your browser, you don't have to click anything. You just type a shortcut for say Twitter. You type twit + enter and it takes you there. There is also a cloud of your links on the homepage. You can also type anything and if it is not a shortcut, it will take you to your default search engine.
You can edit both your bookmarks and search engines. This is not social bookmarking but rather a simpler homepage with just what you need on it.

Hummm seems to redirect to a blogging page, then you have to read another little box on the lower right to go to the search box.
