I have sent copies of Issue 217 to all those that gave me their address and reported their issue as not arriving. If for some reason this does not arrive, please EMAIL or PM me.

For those of you that complained to the telephone hotline, please let me know if you are unhappy with how it was handled via EMAIL or PM me.

Furthermore, on my request our subs department is to revert all those that have supplied me with their addresses back to Royal Mail from next issue. Hopefully this will mean, bar postal strikes, that you will receive your subs copy as before.

For those of you that have received late copies but didn't respond to my requests for your contact details, I am afraid I have been unable to specifically move you to back to Royal Mail.

However, as I have stated previously, the mailing company has explained that it has had issues with its depot and it expects this to improve significantly with its new manager.

However, be assured that we WE WILL be moving to a new supplier if copies are late on future issues.

I can understand your frustration on these late deliveries and I have personally done everything I can to help you.

Thanks everyone for the updates. I was out all day yesterday and couldn't reply then. Claire I appreciate all you are doing to help us. I emailed my name and address to you last Thursday. Today is Tuesday and still no luck, unfortunately I'm off on holiday early tomorrow before the postal delivery so it looks like I shall have to wait until I get back for my copy, by then the next one will be due.

regards Ellen

Mine didn't! I have been in touch with IPC and they're going to extend my subscription which is something positive. I've spoken to them twice recently and I found the people I spoke to very polite and helpful. Apparently they've had quite a lot of calls from WU subscribers, which isn't surprising. She mentioned that IPC currently use TNT as their mailing company. Clearly they don't live up to their name when it comes to the speed of deliveries!

Many thanks to you Claire for all your efforts on our behalf, they're very much appreciated.

My copy which was obviously sent from the offices (in an envelope) arrived today.
No sign of the original subscription.

Let's hope that, after all Claire's efforts for us, we'll get our copies as expected this coming week. I feel optimistic about it!
I never got a copy of the last issue from the IPC mailing company.

I'm glad someone is feeling optimistic this week as I don't feel like that. Perhaps I might be pleasantly surprised.

Thanks for all your help Claire and lets hope it's sorted.
