I have a t-mobile dongle mobile internet and for some reason it suddenly started to reload its self and gets as far (trying to find preconfigured driver software then it freezes the laptop fs v5535 win vista home i have tried to google preconfig driver software to no avail ta Iain
Where is the original software for the 'dongle' - in a ROM chip in the device itself or in a CD?
There should be an entry for the Mobile Internet in the Network Connections folder under "Dial-up". Right click this and select 'Delete'. Then go into "Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs" and uninstall any software for the device. Reboot and then install the device again from scratch.
