      #432064 - Mon Jun 08 2009 12:22 PM

My sister without me knowing has just signed up for southern electrics broadband package. It took a month for them to send the router. Will it work will it heck. Tried everything. She has a brand new lap top which works well on my sons wi-fi conection. so know computor is ok. She signed a 18 month contract. If this will not work from day 1,can she cancel the contract under curent rules and regs?

Has your sister spoken to Southern Electric to tell them of the problems? Does she want to stay with them or are you trying to get out of the contract?
