Internet Explorer Application Error Message

Hello
Could someone tell me how to get rid of this error message which appears everytime I close the Internet Explorer Window.
iexplorer.exe - Application Error
The instruction at *0x7e2a59c1* referenced memory at *0x025b3da8*.
The memory could not be *read*

It is very annoying so would be grateful for any help.

Open I.E. with add-ons disabled. To do this click on start > all programs > accessories > system tools > Internet Explorer ( no add-ons ). Now close I.E. Does the error still appear ??
