Two items are not working on their website:

1. My Email in My Account has disappeared (so no access possible to PO mailbox via their website.)

2. Names for Numbers doesn't work.

I have contacted the PO many times but they don't appear to do anything about it. All I get is "we'll come back to you".

Anybody out there with similar problems? TIA

Yes, I can, Fusion, but the drop down menu under My Account does not include My Email which was there at the beginning of January. Also when I submit Names for Numbers it does nothing whatsoever to my list of contacts. Thanks for trying, appreciate it. Are you with the PO and have access to your My Email in your My Account? Surely I am not the only one!?

No I'm with Virgin so can't try to help you further.

OK, thanks for trying Fusion. Hopefully, somebody else will have some idea of what's going on because the PO, so far, have not been helpful.
