Hi,
I'm currently in my own flat and have had o2 broadband for around 3 months but due to financial circumstances I'm considering moving in with a friend but they already have broadband. How do I go about cancelling mine in this case as I'm not simple cancelling it for the sake of canelling.
If they did not have broadband then I would have been happy to switch my broadband to the new address but unfortunately this isn't the case.

Have you spoken to customer care at o2? If you aren't transferring your service to a new t/p line my guess is that o2 will simply tell you that you signed up for a twelve month contract and that's what you'll have to pay for.
