Thought I would put this in here as it is only mobile related.
If you use a Sony Ericsson mobile (any SE mobile) phone you need this software My Phone Explorer
You can backup, sync all your contacts, with outlook as well to and from your phone, infact you can back up restore everything notes, contacts the lot! and of course photos video etc.
A great piece of software highly recommended!

It's not one thats known of too well unless you visit Sony Ericsson specific websites such as esato.com. I've been using it for years now from the earlier versions, it's certainly is a million times more functional than Sony Ericsson's own software as it does much more and proper full backups of everything on your Sony Ericsson mobile also syncing contacts with outlook etc etc.
