At first glance it looks good (even though I didn't understand much after the first word). However your graphics appear to be obscuring the writing.

good - full of great information.

one thing i would sy is to maybe take some of the text from the main page and vreak it up into 2 pages.

Web users scan, not read, like they do a book, so they may be overwhelmed.

otherwise, it looks like a really excellent resource

Times New Roman, always hard to read on screen. Try Veranda or Tahoma, which will make it much easier on the readers eyes.
