I've just had a new PC built with Vista and with my external aerial connected via a Digital TV card (Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1100) and TV/monitor connected by HDMI. I watch TV either through Windows Media Centre Live TV or Hauppauge WinTV. Although Vista shows the EPG Guide as being successfully downloaded and updates automatically, it has yet to show full programme listings, so I can't use it to record programmes to my PC/DVD. I've tried various broadcasting locations from the list in the WMC Set Up list, some of which provide more listings than others but none that are complete. It still shows mostly No Data Available. I've tried disabling Windows Firewall while updating the listings but no joy. Anyone managed to set up the EPG successfully and advise me in my struggles would be very much appreciated.
