AutoPlay won't Autoplay

Whenever i insert a disc, usb drive or a external hard drive i used to get an autoplay option.

But now i don't anymore for some reason. I have been to the autoplay option at the control panel and haven't change any setting. And also the box is ticked for 'Use Autoplay for all Media and Devices.' But still theres no autoplay whenever i insert a disc, usb drive or a external hard drive.
