I have listed an item today and I can't seem to enable the postage options. I only have the 3 options, flat rate to all buyers, pick up only and courier. I can't seem to enable the part when you actually put the postage cost in. Here is a screen shot of what I have.

Can anyone help. I don't like not having postal costs as I think it would put people off.

Not 100% sure, but try the ADD/REMOVE OPTIONS button to see if that helps you add things.
Otherwise, start again and see what comes up.
Also switch to the Courier option, let the page refresh, they try the Flat Cost again. You should get a drop down box, and you can select Additional Services from that if 1st Class etc is not showing up.
Hopefully one of those will work. Let us know.

Thanks. For some reason the options wouldn't show up in Firefox. But opened it up in IE tab and was able to select what I wanted.

Very occaisionally this can happen which is why if you are either Firefox or IE orientated and you sell on eBay you seriously need to keep both browsers 'available'. There are instances on eBay where certain areas go down, and it generally is short term.
