I Use Play.com for my memory cards, the price of the cards are very very cheap and are of good quality for the price, they sell a full range from 'Secure Digital' to 'Compact Flash' - for example the price of a 2GB SD Card Twin Pack is 8.99 FREE DELIVERY and a Sandisk Micro SD 2GB is £5.99 F/Delivery.
A Realy good site worth visiting if you are looking to upgrade/expand your memory in a phone etc.
