If you are using XP and have SP3 installed, then you will find a new feature added to msconfig.
If you go to Start | Run Type in msconfig
You will find a new tab, called Tools
This tab now has quick launch to various diagnostic tools available to Windows Users

Am I imagining things but didn't I already have that in my msconfig? Or was it some sort of registry tweak I got from somewhere a few years ago?
I'm not going senile after all. Just found it here.

That's interesting greysts, as I thought had all the updates on all the PCs in the house, and none of them had the tools tab until the installation of SP3, and M$ seemed to think I had, and it has certainly only appeared since I installed this version of SP3

I've had that 'update' for quite a while too.
