Has anyone had problems getting an email reply from Tiscali before?

The reason I ask is in the last 10 days I have sent 2 emails to them and not had a single reply.

I know I can phone them but its not always that easy getting to the right person/department.

Now you come to mention it, I have emailed Tiscali in the past but don't recall ever receiving a reply. I've had to resort to the phone instead.

Tell me which department you need to contact will provide you with the correct options to choose as calling them is the quickest solution

If you need Tech support for BB

Call 08712223311 Option 1 and again Option 1

One more reason not to mail them is as they have massive backlog of emails which wont help you getting a Quick reply
