cookies

Does anyone where is the cookies folder in vista? the reason why I am asking is that I have a problem with 2 web sites Argos and easyjet. With Argos I go through the order procedure but on the next link to pay it says that they have encountered a problem and I cannot complete the transaction. With easyjet again I can go through the procedure of booking a flight but when I click on the button to remove the insurance cover as I have one of my own, it goes to a blank page and nothing happens. I have emailed both argos and easyjet and both said it could be a corrupted cookie, but where is the cookies folder. Mind you in the case of easyjet I think that they are trying to get more money out of me as their prices seem to go up from one day to the next

Go to the Windows Orb (Start), type Shell:Cookies and press Enter.

Then look in the ‘junior’ folder, Cookies\Low, which is probably empty.
