Each time I log on Norton tells me that they have blocked the above SpyWare and I have to restart the Computer to finish the sequence. This has been happening since the beginning of May and is now irritating.
I have downloaded Windows Defender and tried to find the file but without success.
I do not want to do a System Restore but is that the only option?
Can someone help please,

Welcome to Webuser. Follow the instructions contained in this post, then post your log back to the HijackThis forum (not the Security help forum which is where you are now) along with a brief description of your problem. Please be patient, lots of logs, too few helpers.
