NTL Netguard firewall

I have installed NTL Netguard and i am unable to connect to my other computers on my netowrk unless i turn off the programme.

Does anyone know how i can connect to the other computers with out disabling the NTL netguard?

I presume that this firewall is the same as Virginmedia PCguard, in that case it does not support 'network file sharing'

Apparently, it can be done by installing Micro$oft Service Advertising Protocol (MSAP)

However, I wouldn't bother. I would uninstall PC Guard, or derivitaive of) and install one of the freebie firewalls and AVs listed in the security forum
