can someone please tell me how to get rid of a folder that keeps appearing on my desk top and says webexcl nothing is in it,i have read that it maybe to do with panda software that i used to have but some of it wont uninstall

Go tho this page : http://cexx.org/lspfix.htm
And download LSPFix.exe
In the program, find and remove PAVLSP.DLL.
