Try this for Spybot.

On your task bar click start > run > copy and paste.... regsvr32.exe C:\PROGRA~1\SPYBOT~1\SDFiles.dll .... > click OK. You should see a message saying it was successful.

Now right click on a file you wish to scan and choose properties. There you should see a new tab for Spybot. Click on that tab and wait a few seconds while the file is scanned.

Try this one then ( with the quotes ) regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\SDFiles.dll"

However this is presuming that C:\Program Files is where Spybot is installed on your pc. If not you'll have to replace it with the appropriate path.
