hi got a minor problem with picasa
i can use picasa ok with photos but if i try to access my web albums to upload,it ask me to sign in with my google username and password but i get UNABLE TO CONNECT TRY LATER but if i use the google homepage and go to photos i can view my web albums and also upload my albums from "my photos" but it wont let me sign into web albums from picasa?tried all the help topics but no joy.

yes done all that my problem is i can view my photos if i log on in googlemail and upload them but from my pictures which have not been edited if i go into picasa and try to log in it wont let me but username and password are the same

ok heres update downloaded firefox 3 picaso now working ok can log in and upload photos but when i go into web albums i can view and download one picture but if i try to download an album i dont have the option where it should say download album it says download piccaso i clicked on this and it dowloaded piccaso again go back to my web albums but there is no option to download album just download piccaso any help please

Can you explain WHY you want to download pictures that you originally put into a web album. Surely all the pictures in the album are still on your PC somewhere.

no deleted some photos off computer to save space just need to download album every now and then

See where you are coming from. Try this.
To download an entire album, select the album and click Download Album.
Don’t see the Download Album link?
This link will appear only if the Web Albums owner hasn’t opted to “hide” it and only if Picasa is installed on your computer. If Picasa isn't installed, you'll see a Download Picasa link.
So, edit the album properties, make it Public and you should be able to download it.

hi greyst
tried what you said edit the album properties, make it Public and you should be able to download it.
but still no download album link
only download piccasa link
even clicked on this to download piccasa again but still no download album link?
