anyone help looking for a free copy of msn explorer that works with vista home the one i used on xp say needs administrator rights not sure what to do my pc is set to administrator can anyone help

To be honest I'm not familiar with it, but assume it's an internet browser?

A quick Google search came up with *This*

I am not sure if it's Vista compatible though.
