Hi All.
Is it possible/permissable to download
on to CD,a copy of Windows Live Messenger.
The reason for asking is that my brother
in Australia,is on Dial up and it would takes
hours to download.I was wondering if I could
copy on to CD and send it to him.His OS is the same
as mine W/Vista.

Yes it is, make sure that you download the full standalone version, which is about 16.5Mb in size
