Laptop Freezes

I have had a New Laptop for about 6 weeks now,everthing was working fine up until yesterday its suddenly just started to freeze no matter what you are doing,trhe only way i can get it off is to take the battery out and start again but the same thing happens,just wondered if anyone else has had this problem,we havent downloaded anything new ive done a scan and all is ok.

Take it back to the shop and tell them to either replace it of fix it. Don't get fobbed with any rubbish about talking to the manufacturer, it is the retailers responsibility and no one else's.

I second greysts advice. Six weeks old and already having problems !!!!
Take it back. Its not a Toshiba is it???

Insist on a brand new replacement machine or a full refund. Don't let the supplier's problem become yours.
