I am using vista and have noticed that in the users folder a new user has appeared: "Mcx1"

However, it does not show at the logon screen.

What is it, is it safe to just delete the folder?

Not by any chance networked an X box on your Media centre box? Mcx1 is created by the XBox 360 extender
