Printing Gibberish
      #395592 - Thu May 29 2008 05:27 PM

Hi I am trying to solve a printing problem, whereby whenever I print anything direct from a web page, I get gibberish. Printing from a hard disk file eg) notepad document is fine. Any ideas. I have XPSP2, HP printer, DLink router - all with up to date software.
The problem did seem to start when I'd downloaded the latest firmware for the router.
Thanks.

what kind of gibberish? ascii gibberish? why not convert your documents to word documents format before printing them? that way, you can make sure how your print looks like using the "print preview" feature before it comes out of your HP printer.
