Hi can anyone help. Cannot install new printer. Rang Epsom they tried to help not really helpful, checked, control panel, my computer then hardwear, then devices, which would take me to universal serial bus controller under that they daid I should have a printer mentioned when I said I hadnt they said I had a computer problem (as if I didnt know that!!) said to ring Dell. I did and they charge £19.00 for softwear advice can anyone help please.

First start by uninstalling everything you have installed so far. Now turn your printer off and unplug it from your pc
Now reinstall all the software.
Turn off your PC.
Plug in your printer
Turn it on
Turn on your PC
