i use outlook express to receive my emails. when i click on a link in a received email....nothing happens. I have to right click on the link - copy shortcut - and then paste into internet explorer address bar.
this problem only applies to my emails. links that are on webpages viewed with internet explorer work fine.
I've searched my settings to see if i can find anything obvious but to no avail ( but it would have to be really simple to be obvious to me )
the first command was ok. the second ( regsvr32 mshtml.dll ) produced the following message - mshtml.dll was loaded, but the dll register server entry point was not found. This file can not be registered. the third and fourth commands were both ok the fifth ( regsvr32 msjava.dll ) produced this message - load library ("msjava.dll") failed - the specified module could not be found
Go to Tools> Options and click the "Read" tab. There you will see the option to "Read all messages as plain text"—uncheck the box.
