I know all you people here will be able to help me, i will try to explain what i mean, i always had at the bottom of the screen my start button and other things, incredimail, messenger etc, but now its moved to the side horizontaly, how can i ger it back to the botton? hope that made sense.

Right-click the Taskbar, click ‘Lock the Taskbar‘.
Click and hold down the left button within the Taskbar and drag the bar to the bottom of the screen.
Lock the Taskbar.
