When I visit certain websites I cannot see any pictures. All I get is a box with a red cross and the words page view. I have show pictures selected and this is happening with my PC and my laptop.PC is running XP SP2 and the laptop is running Vista Ultimate with SP1.The website in question was working fine before but I cannot recall installing any updates recently. I have checked the website at work and it is showing pictures OK.
Any help would be appreciated

Have a read of this page which lists the main culprits for this relatively common phenomenon
