Is Snopes a reliable site when it reports Virus alerts on its Forum?

And My Brother forwarded this Heads up ...But is it current,There are that many Names (Many repeated) 
Moderators .Feel free to copy it out and Pin it, if its as bad as it sounds?

No it damn well isn't! This is yet another of those 'Send it to everyone in your address book' messages simply designed to clog up servers and generally be downright annoying.
