Hi I have had Vista for a year now and all is going wrong each time i go onto ms messenger a message come up saying programe not regonised and this is happening to video maker screen savers and a lot more My Pc is a Medion tower I would like to restore to factory setting to see if this will work Or does anyone else have an idea If not then how do i restore to factory settings? When you bought your PC you would have been given either instructions on how to create a Restore DVD or the actual DVD itself. What did you get?
