I have just updated Real Player to version 11, foolishly not saving my playlists first. Have I lost these altogether or is there something that can be done?
try system restore by going to start> programs> acessories> system tools> system restore then restore to before you installed version 11 once thats done back up your playlists then go back to v11 if u want!
Hi rob897 Firstly, I must apologise for the delay in replying - broadband problems. Thanks for your advice. I found that the restore function didn't go back far enough and so I have commenced the tedious task of manually producing another set of playlists. My thanks again for your interest. Curtis.
