Webuser Forums: printing with vista

I have vista premium and firefox. My Epsom R.245 photo printer, which has been O.K has stopped printing from the internet. It prints tests sheets.I tried to unistal with a view to re-installation.On Programs I have clicked unistall. I get the message to continue, then uninstall O..K. window,when I click on this, it is followed immeadiately by uninstall complete.. However Epsom is still there on programs. If I click on uninstall again, I get ' Please wait until current program is being uninstalled ' After 20 minutes nothing happens. I then close and get ' Epsom printer setup has stopped working. 'Inserting the Epsom set up disc to install does not work either. It does not appear that the uninstall works as there is no evidence of it being uninstalled as is usual. Any advice appreciated.
