The New York Times has published a list of the worst-chosen names. The winner? Well that'd be poor old Iona Knipl, of course.

Do you know any unfortunately named people in real life? A friend of mine insists he knows a girl called Megan Bacon but I think he might be pulling my leg...

I recall a one-time client's receptionist called Mary who married their accounts dude, his name was Peter Christmas...

I have heard of someone calling their daughter Nirvana.

I much prefer traditional names me.

I remember the story a few years back of the couple who called their son Drew

unfortunately their surname was Peacock.
