Hi there I bought a Lexmark X3470 all in one printer just a couple of weeks ago and yesterday my 3 yr old pulled it off the desk and since then it still prints but when i click copy or scan something under the glass copy screen just whirls and clicks and doesnt do anything. Can anyone advise if they think i can fix it or if it would be cheap to fix or should i just play dumb and take it back to tesco direct saying it doesnt work?
I would go for the 'take it back option' with a backup of claiming off your normal household contents insurance.
