Hello all, I have a problem with hotmail hope somebody can help to sort it out. The problem is that when i receive emails with photos i cannot see them because they are greyed out. any idea why this happening?
Sometimes Hotmail will block attachments or pictures for your own safety... there should be a bar above the email saying 'show content', just click on that, then you should be able to see your pictures.
Thanks for you reply Samm, unfortunately it doesnt help me because " show content"does not appear. anymore suggestion? my OS is windows Vista Home Basic and I have mcfee.
If you don't have the yellow bar showing as Samm suggests, double click the 'greyed out' image and this hopefully will reveal it's contents after a box asks asks you if you would like to unblock the content of the message.
