Service Pack 2 for XP is a totally separate service pack to that of Service Pack 3 for MS Office.

For the failed updates, it would help to point out which ones failed.

Cheers

Hi Mouse

Does that mean that I should not have sp3 installed? All 100 hundred have not been installed???? Do you want me to list them?

To repeat the previous advice - service packs for Windows and service packs for Microsoft Office are two entirely separate issues. It matters not one bit which level you are at with either. Now do you have a problem with Windows or Office?

When you go into the Microsoft Update site do you choose Express or Custom?

Where did you get your copy of XP Pro from and why did you install it over XP Home?
