Can't get my Hotmail Emails through Outlook

Hi
Can anyone give me some advice ?
I have just started using Outlook and have entered my hotmail account, but can't seem to access any of my Email messages that are in my hotmail account.
There is nothing in my in box -- sent mail -- junk mail -- or any of the other folders, yet when I go to my hotmail account online there are messages there. !!
Am I doing something wrong ??
I would be grateful for any help !!

Have now solved this problem.
I had to download Microsoft Outlook Connector from Here

Now all is well !
