Skype phones

Did webuser do a feature a few months back about skype, reason im asking is because i had a high phone bil and i was wondering if it would be cheaper to use skype, can skype be used to call a landline or is it just pc to pc, if anyone could help id appreciate it

Did webuser have a feature on skype a few months back, not necessarily skype phone sbut phones you can use with voip
