Webuser Forums: Sumbission Forms

Hi Guys
Just new to the forum this is my first post..........so here goes.
I am having trouble with building my own website a few things maybe some of you can help me with.
Firstly i am using microsoft publisher to create my website
The trouble is my submit button on my form isnt working it says i need a program to use this feature ???
Also i am looking to install flashing objects such as "YOUR ADVERTISING HERE" i know nothing about HTML but i am trying to pick it up.

Aslo is it possible to "upload my publisher pages to virgin Medias own free personal webspace that you get when you subscribe i am having major hassles with it i have got the site ie www.xxxx.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk but cant do anything with it.

Any help you can give would be greatly received as i am getting nowhere fast!!!!
