Hi ya. Sorry to bother you all again but is anyone having or had problems with adobe flashplayer. I can not get it to install and is seems I need for viewing some, what I would consider, basic web site. Any advice would be helpful as I am going crazy with this

hkt , you don't say why you can't install , error message for example . If you've got a corrupt version installed it may be causing the problem , so let's try a fresh install of the player.

Go.... here....and download and run the flash player uninstaller. This will remove all traces of previous versions. Once you've done that reboot your pc and try a fresh install from.... here

Just had the same problem with a mates computer.
After down loading make sure that you close all running programmes before installing and it should be OK then.

Hi FifeFlyer. Thanks for getting back to me. When I am on the download page I agree t the terms and then click install it moves to the next screen but then nothing happens, it seems to freeze, there is no installation movie. I have taken your advice and uninstalled previous versions but I am still unable to progress. I hope that makes it a little clearer. I have installed adobe reader and shock wave successfully but no luck with flashplayer

Thanks for any help help

Which browser are you using ??

Try downloading the flash... installer. Save it to your desktop , close all programmes and run the installer. If that goes ok check to see it's installed properly by clicking... this....link.
